Evaded tackles per game is one of the “stickiest” stats for a running back. Players who were on this list last year, and pretty likely to be here again. For reference, Saquon led the league last year, and Dalvin was on pace to finish second.
TOP 3 – A lot of people have called Mixon overrated in the past but this offseason, the fantasy community has been hyping him up quite a bit. He had a 32.9% juke rate while playing behind a pretty terrible offensive line. With an improved offensive line, and a renewed focus on the offense behind Joe Burrow, Mixon has a great chance to end up as a top-5 running back. Right now he is the 7th running back off the board in ADP, right behind Derrick Henry. Dalvin and Jacobs are both super interesting up here as both are really high upside players. Jacobs has a path to lead the league in rushing but will cost you an early second round pick.
THE REST – Some names that stick out on this list are Carson, Henry, and Saquon. Carson is pretty undervalued right now in drafts, and even though he has some injury questions, he is a great value. Derrick Henry is interesting to me because he is in a contract year, and if he can repeat his performance from last year, he will get a massive contract. Saquon is low on this list after leading the league in 2018, but it shows that he has a safe floor even with injuries.
